3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Basic Use: Super Set Mirro-Mastic is a high quality adhesive for installing
mirrors. It may be used on plate glass mirror and acrylic or plastic mirror. Super Set is
specially formulated for use on raw porous substrates such as plywood, particleboard and
drywall and interior masonry walls.
Composition and Materials: Super Set Mirro-Mastic is a water base adhesive that is environmentally friendly. It has no harmful fumes, is non-toxic and non-flammable.

Curing Time: 50% strength in 24 hours. 80% strength in 48 hours.
Coverage: One cartridge of Super Set Mirro-Mastic will install approximately 5 square feet of mirror. (Note: We recommend 60% coverage of the back of the mirror.)
Clean up: This may be accomplished with soap and water immediately after installation.
Storage: Ideal storage 50�F to 85�F. (10�C to 29.4�C) Do not freeze and do not store in extreme heat.
Shelf Life: Unopened cartridges may be stored for 10 months.
Packaging: 11 oz. Cartridges: (24 cartridges per case) Custom packaging available.
WARNING
All Palmer Products must be used only for approved purposes, and must be applied only in
accordance with Palmer's installation instructions, as set forth in Palmer's specification
sheet and installation guides. The user bears all risk of damage, injury or other loss
arising out of any non-approved use and/or improper installation of any Palmer Product. If
Palmer's installation instructions are not followed, in whole or part, for whatever
reason, then mechanical fasteners of sufficient size and strength must immediately be used
to insure safety of the installation pending prompt proper reinstallation by the product
user. Any failure to properly utilize or apply any Palmer Product may result in property
damage, bodily injury or death. Palmer shall not be responsible for these or any other
types of misuse of its products. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
1. Before starting Super Set Mirro-Mastic application and installation, make sure both surfaces are clean and dry.
2. Cut the tapered spout on the cartridge so that it will dispense a bead 3/8" of Super Set.
3. Apply vertical beads of Super Set so that when the mirror is pressed into place you will have approximately 60% coverage. Place the beads far enough apart to permit air circulation Do not seal the perimeter of mirror as all mirror installations need air circulation behind the mirror.

4. Support mirror at the bottom. This may be done with double-face tape tabs permanent L hangers, "J" channel or with pins.
5. Super Set is compatible with Category II safety backing film.
6. If the substrate is a porous substrate that has been sealed and/or painted, then the surface should be scratched with a coarse grit sandpaper where the vertical beads of Super Set are to be applied. This reopens the substrate to allow the absorption necessary for a fast set-up. Brush or wipe these areas with a brush or cloth to remove dust before applying the Super Set.
7. Do not apply to a wooden or porous surface that has been treated with an oily stain or similar product. Substrate must be resurfaced with new drywall or other appropriate new porous building board.
8. For best adhesion both the mirror and the substrate should be above 40�. (4.4�C)

Any dispute or claim of whatsoever type arising out to the use of any Palmer Product shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Palmer's sole liability, if any, and any user's or third party claimant's sole and exclusive remedy relating to any such dispute or claim shall be replacement of the Palmer product used.
